Instant, automated delivery

still.synth is downloadable software — there is nothing to ship. The moment your payment is confirmed by Stripe, our system generates your license key and emails it to the address you paid with, usually within a minute.

What you receive

A single email containing your license key and a link to the current build of still.synth for macOS. Install the app or copy the VST3/AU into your plugin folder, then activate with the key from that email.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check spam/junk first — automated delivery mail occasionally lands there. If it's genuinely missing after 15 minutes, email support@stillsynth.com with the address you paid with and we'll resend it by hand.

Reinstalling or moving to a new machine

Your license key doesn't expire and isn't a single-use download link — reuse it to activate on a new machine (within your plan's activation limit) or reinstall after a wipe. No need to repurchase.

Updates

Free updates within the still.synth 1.x line are downloaded the same way — from the link in your original delivery email, or from this site once account pages are live.
