1. The product

still.synth is a downloadable software instrument (VST3, AU and Standalone) for macOS, sold by its developer directly to end users. Purchasing still.synth grants you a license to install and use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software itself.

2. License

A purchase of still.synth grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own machines, subject to any per-license activation limits shown at the time of purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or your license key.

3. Payment

Purchases are processed by Stripe. still.synth is a one-time purchase — there is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Delivery is instant and automated; see Delivery. All sales are final — see the Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

4. Updates

Free updates within the still.synth 1.x line are included with your purchase. Future major versions may be offered as a separate, paid upgrade.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to circumvent the software's license activation, decompile or reverse-engineer the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law, or use the software for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer

still.synth is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
